I have owned and operated a small design business for the last 20 years. This has allowed me to find the property that would best suite my clients. I can always see the potential of properties and just what is needed for your personal goals. My skilled designers, architects, and craftmen and women are always giving the best of their skills to our clients. If it is a commercial building, farm, vacation property or just a simple warm inviting home for your family to enjoy , we will work together and make that dream come true.

Personal:

I have lived in Chautauqua County for the past 45 years, while spending summers as a child at Chautauqua Institution. I have seen many changes in this areas and Real Estate Market. This has given me the advantage of sharing visions, options and ideas with my clients. Being able to find what my clients want and NEED is very important. My volunteer time is directed toward serving "Habitat for Humanity". Fly fishing is a favorite and when I have a free moment I spend it with my family and at a small horse farm in the beautiful famlands of Chautauqua County.

Education:

Real Estate and Design have always been a passion. My formal educational background is in Elementary Education and Art.
